Erin McPartland has over 15 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations. She currently serves as Executive Director of Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity, overseeing the strategic direction of Ohio’s largest Habitat affiliate. Erin brings proven expertise in fundraising, board governance, strategic planning, and community partnerships. Over the last nine years, her leadership has driven significant growth for the Lucas County Habitat Affiliate. Erin has been recognized as a 20 Under 40 honoree and named to the 2024 Ohio 500. She is passionate about serving her community, especially in matters that advance affordable housing, the health and wellbeing of children, and women in leadership.
