Seven years in, the mission hasn’t changed: get new coats into the hands of kids who need them. What has changed is the number of families we’ve been able to reach. With your help, we’ve now collected more than 11,000 coats — and we’re not done yet.
A coat is more than warmth. It’s a child who feels ready to take on the day. It’s a family that knows their community has their back. It’s a small act that carries real weight.
Care for Kids connects people, businesses and nonprofits who believe that doing good is better together. We partner with local social service organizations and nonprofits to make sure every coat finds the right child. When you give through Care for Kids, your generosity goes further because we’re all pulling in the same direction.

Can’t make it to a drop-off location? No problem. Donate online and we’ll put your gift to work purchasing coats directly. Every dollar goes to coats — nothing else.
