Building IMPACT: Shaping the Future of Human Services

The human services sector is at a defining moment. Across the country, organizations are navigating growing community needs, workforce challenges, funding pressures, and increasing expectations for measurable impact. Through Five & Rising, an initiative of Social Current, we are bringing together leaders from across sectors to reimagine how human services are funded, valued, and delivered so communities can thrive.

This interactive three-hour working session will convene leaders from human services, philanthropy, government, higher education, business, and community organizations to help shape the Blueprint for the Future of Human Services. Participants will engage in facilitated discussions to identify emerging challenges, explore innovative solutions, and develop practical recommendations for strengthening policy, funding, workforce, partnerships, and service delivery. Together, we will generate actionable ideas that inform a shared vision for a more responsive, sustainable, and impactful human services ecosystem.
