Craig Williams

Craig Williams has spent the better part of his career building things that last: businesses, communities and foundations designed to give back to the region he calls home.

As a co-founder of Care for Kids, Craig brings 25 years of experience leading the Designetics Cares Foundation, giving him a distinctive vantage point on how philanthropy works, where it falls short and how it can do better. That perspective was a driving force behind the founding of Care for Kids, an organization built to address the gaps Craig had observed firsthand in the way charitable giving reaches children in need.

Craig is an Owner and the CEO of Designetics, Inc., the Holland, Ohio-based company he has led since its early days as a family business founded by his father-in-law, Wally Krueger, in 1987. Under Craig’s stewardship, Designetics grew from a small-scale startup in a family garage into an industry-leading manufacturer of custom fluid application systems serving automotive and industrial clients worldwide. His background spans management, process engineering, business strategy and operations, and his reputation as an adept businessman is matched by his standing as a community advocate.

Craig’s philanthropic leadership at the Designetics Cares Foundation reflects the same values he brings to Care for Kids: a belief that business success creates both an obligation and an opportunity to invest in the next generation.
