Elizabeth Hupp

Elizabeth Hupp is the Global Social Engagement Leader for O-I Glass, Inc. In this role she supports O-I’s sustainability and social impact goals, focusing on O-I’s philanthropic efforts and community engagement around the world. Elizabeth also oversees donations and grants through the O-I Charities Foundation, which operates as the philanthropic arm of the company in the United States. She is responsible for supporting the company’s corporate social responsibility and commitment to positive social impact through employee engagement, volunteerism, community outreach, and charitable giving.

Prior to joining O-I in 2020, Elizabeth served the non-profit industry through a variety of roles including volunteer management, youth programming, event planning and fund development. Elizabeth is pleased to be in a position that combines her experience in non-profit fundraising, her knowledge of corporate citizenship, and her passion for philanthropy and giving back.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Toledo and is an advocate for getting involved and supporting her community.
