As President of Designetics, Inc., Sydney’s leadership is defined by a commitment to fostering a culture where continuous education and employee development are paramount. Designetics, who is a leader of fluid application solutions has a team that thrives on innovation, delivering solutions that set industry standards and drive customer success.

Sydney is passionate about supporting children’s initiatives, working with a variety of community organizations to promote education and well-being for children. As such, she serves as a board member and the Secretary for the Designetics Cares Foundation, as well as board and committee member for St. Francis de Sales, The Dana Open, Boys and Girls Clubs of Toledo, Historic South Initiative, and a mentor for both Lourdes University and the Northwest Ohio Mentoring Program. She is a Co-Founder of Care for Kids and National Care for Kids Day focused on charting a new course for collaborative giving and maximizing change in our community.

Sydney’s personal interests include art, art history and the outdoors. She is particularly interested in art of the American West and spending time outside in the mountains or riding horses. She is a member of the Toledo Potters Guild and enjoys throwing in her spare time.
