The IMPACT Forum

Leadership doesn’t have to be a solo journey. Discover what a nonprofit forum is, how confidential peer groups help nonprofit leaders navigate challenges and why joining one can strengthen both your leadership and your organization.

A forum is a small, trusted group of 8–10 nonprofit leaders who meet virtually once a month for two hours. The model is based on the peer forums that YPO and EO have used with CEOs for decades, creating a confidential space for honest conversations about the challenges leaders are facing. What happens in forum stays in forum. That confidentiality is a core commitment every member makes.

Each session follows a structured format that includes personal and professional updates, deeper conversations around real challenges and a unique approach to peer discussion. Rather than giving advice or telling someone what they should do, members share their own experiences, ask thoughtful questions and listen with curiosity. Over time, this approach helps leaders develop new ways of thinking, build meaningful connections and work through difficult decisions with people who understand the realities of leadership.

The forum will initially be guided by an experienced professional facilitator to help the group establish its rhythm and build trust. Consistent participation is essential to creating a strong, supportive community.
