Director of Human Resources, Owens Corning
Lauren Clarke is a business and community leader who believes that board service is one of the most meaningful ways to connect professional expertise with community impact. During her 16-year career at Owens Corning, she has led teams in both Strategic Marketing and Human Resources. Her nonprofit leadership includes serving as Board Chair of the YWCA of Northwest Ohio, Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity, and Toledo Grows. She currently serves as an Ambassador for the Toledo Museum of Art and co-chairs volunteer engagement for the 2027 U.S. Women’s Open at Inverness Club.
